as far as I can tell, it's a real place, but we are definitely joking about moving there. and yeah, it is like lord of the rings...
Watch out for Orks.
A few of my friends have been pushing this place on one particularly LOTR- and Bend-obsessed friend for a few months now.
The homes are actually pretty sweet, but the idea is way creepy.
