I have wondered for a long time what the name "Mielcarz" means in Polish. A polish guy I worked with said he thought it meant "miller." But it turns out,
according to this page, that Mielcarz is an archaic noun meaning "maltster or brewer." I don't care if the page is accurate or not - I love it!
