Lame? Not really. The coolness of beer cancels out the lameness of your obsession with it.
Nerdy? Yes. This is a new feather in your nerd cap. It goes right next to your blog feather and your Phish.Net feather.
An alcoholic? Alcoholics don't write very accurate tasting notes, so I think you're in the clear.
